We are looking for freelance guides in Thailand and Cambodia who can represent Siam Luxe with calm professionalism, good judgment, and polished guest care. We are willing to pay well for the right guides, but we expect real quality in return and do not want optional-tour selling built into the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead private day trips and multi-day journeys with calm and professional guest care.
- Coordinate smoothly with drivers, operations, hotels, and local suppliers.
- Adjust pacing, tone, and detail to the needs of each guest without lowering service standards.
- Focus on service delivery rather than optional-tour selling or on-the-spot upselling.
Requirements
- Licensed guiding background or equivalent experience.
- Confidence with premium, culture-focused, and detail-conscious travelers.
- A service mindset strong enough to stand above standard market-level guiding.
