What kind of company is Siam Luxe?
Siam Luxe is a travel agency and tour operator that designs private journeys across Southeast Asia. We help with routing, hotels, guides, transfers, activity planning, and practical trip coordination before and during travel.
Do you only offer Thailand trips?
No. Thailand remains an important part of our work, but we also design and coordinate trips that include other parts of Southeast Asia. Depending on the journey, some services are handled directly by Siam Luxe and some through trusted local partners.
Are your trips private or join-in?
Most of our main journeys are private and tailored around the traveler. We also offer selected join-in products where that format makes practical sense, especially for certain day trips or short programs. When something is join-in, we try to state it clearly on the page.
Can you customize an itinerary?
Yes. That is a large part of what we do. We can adjust pacing, hotel style, number of nights, destinations, special interests, and the overall balance between sightseeing, downtime, and logistics.
What is usually included in a package tour?
That depends on the itinerary, but package tours generally include the core land arrangements such as accommodation, transport during the trip, guiding where relevant, and planned visits or activities. Flights, some meals, insurance, and personal expenses may or may not be included depending on the program, which is why the trip page and final proposal matter more than any single general rule.
What is usually included in an excursion?
Excursions are more compact products, so inclusions vary from one outing to another. Some include transfers, some include meals, and some are activity-only. We try to keep the page details clear, and if anything is still uncertain, we confirm it before booking.
Do you arrange hotels and flights too?
Yes, we can arrange hotels as part of a full itinerary, and we can also include flights when the routing requires them. In some cases, travelers prefer to keep their own international flights and let us handle the land program only. Both approaches are possible.
How does payment usually work?
We issue invoices directly. Deposit and final payment timing depend on the trip, especially if hotels, flights, or non-refundable services are involved. For more straightforward bookings, the structure is usually simple. For more complex itineraries, we confirm the payment terms before anything is finalized.
Do you provide travel insurance?
We may include limited local coverage where relevant, but travelers should not rely on that as full travel insurance. We strongly recommend arranging comprehensive travel insurance from your home country or usual provider before departure.
Can you help with practical questions like pacing, season, or what fits a family?
Yes. In many cases that is exactly where our work is most useful. A good trip is not only about the right destinations, but also about the right timing, travel rhythm, and service style for the people actually taking the journey.
Can we book through one of your trusted partners instead of contacting Siam Luxe directly?
Yes. If your trip is already being handled through one of our trusted partners, you do not need to contact Siam Luxe separately just to feel confident about the service. Those relationships exist because there is already an established level of trust, coordination, and planning between both sides.
