This page explains how Siam Luxe handles personal information, website inquiries, direct bookings, and trip-related documents. We have tried to keep it easy to read without making it vague.

Scope

This policy applies to normal use of the Siam Luxe website, direct communication with our team, the AI chat tools on the site, and travel services booked through Siam Luxe. Trip-specific terms, payment schedules, and supplier conditions may still be confirmed separately in an itinerary, invoice, or booking document.

What we collect

We do not collect much personal information from casual browsing alone. If you contact us, request a proposal, use a form, book a trip, or speak with our AI tools, we may collect information such as:

  • your telephone number
  • your country of residence
  • your travel dates, destination ideas, and trip preferences
  • traveler details needed for booking and operations
  • passport details where the trip legally or operationally requires them

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser details, session data, and basic request logs when needed to operate the site, protect forms, limit abuse, or support our systems.

How we use information

We use personal information only for practical business purposes, including:

  • preparing quotations and itineraries
  • confirming bookings and operating travel services

AI conversations

If you choose to interact with an AI assistant on this website, your messages may be processed by external AI providers that help power those tools, such as OpenAI, xAI, Anthropic, or similar providers we may use for that purpose. We try to keep that use limited to what is needed for the conversation itself.

We do not treat AI chat as a place for highly sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for your request. If your inquiry becomes a real trip discussion, the conversation may also be stored internally so our team can follow up properly.

Passports and other regulated traveler details

For some bookings, we need passport details because accommodations, local regulations, or accident and dismemberment insurance requirements require those records. When that is the case, we collect only what is reasonably needed for the booking and trip operation.

We store those details carefully and do not keep them longer than necessary. When the law or the booking process no longer requires us to retain them, we try to delete them.

In some situations, passport details may need to be shared with hotels, insurance-related service providers, or public authorities where regulations require it. That said, in our practical experience, we have never had to hand passport records over to authorities in any unusual or discretionary way, and we try our best to keep such sharing as limited as possible.

Sharing with third parties

We try not to share personal information with third parties unless there is a practical reason to do so. Depending on the trip, that may include:

  • hotels and accommodations
  • transport providers
  • local guides and destination suppliers
  • payment and invoicing providers
  • email and communication systems
  • AI service providers when you use AI chat tools
  • insurance-related parties where the booking or regulation requires it
  • public authorities only where law or regulation requires it

We do not sell personal information to advertisers, and we do not use Google Analytics, remarketing, or reCAPTCHA on this website anymore.

Cookies and technical tools

We may still use basic cookies or local storage where the website needs them for functionality, session handling, security, or user experience. These are different from advertising or remarketing tools. We try to keep tracking as limited as practical.

Website content and use

Information on the Siam Luxe website is provided to support trip planning and direct communication with our team. Content may change without notice as itineraries, pricing, seasons, and destination conditions evolve. Website content is general in nature and should not be treated as a final confirmation of availability or booking conditions.

Booking terms

When a booking is confirmed directly with Siam Luxe, the final service agreement, payment timing, cancellation terms, and trip-specific conditions are confirmed in writing with the itinerary, invoice, or related booking documents. Those trip-specific terms take precedence over this general summary.

Data security and retention

We try to keep personal information secure and limit access to people or systems that genuinely need it for operations. No system can promise perfect security, but we try to collect less rather than more, and to retain documents only for as long as they are genuinely needed for service, regulation, accounting, or dispute handling.
